So what I see as happening here is: It is a SUPER hot day in the middle of the summer and Ginny is just relaxing and reading a book when Ron comes up and takes a picture and she gets frusterated with him and shoots sparks from her wand.
However everyone else seems to see something else...

And I finally drew Ginny with Freckles! Yeah!
